Our focus is on enhancing organisational performance through people and business-centric strategies. We partner with organisations, operating as an extension of the existing HR department or as a stand-alone team. HR team effectiveness
We collaborate with HR teams to drive and increase HR team effectiveness and impact in the business. We do this by reviewing the effectiveness of the current HR teams’ structure and activities as well as identifying ways to develop the overall capability of the HR team.
Strategic HR Projects
We offer consulting services to support organisations in developing and implementing HR strategies, organisational design and change management initiatives.
Coaching Services
Our coaching services can dovetail with the delivery of strategic projects or can be delivered as a stand-alone offering.
Cathy & Deirdre work in either fully remote or hybrid manner. International travel is also possible where this is required.
