Co-Founder and Lead Consultant
Cathy O’Grady has broad experience both in-house and as an external consultant. She has worked across multiple industries and organisation stages, from startups to multinationals, and in both distributed and centralised structures. Cathy has extensive US-EMEA and international experience.
Her expertise lies in delivering impactful people strategies that drive results through a human enabled business lens.
In recent years, Cathy has expanded her advisory work, collaborating with a diverse range of organisations.
Cathy brings her insights to help organisations and individuals thrive. Beyond her consulting role, Cathy also provides one-on-one coaching, empowering individuals to reach their full potential.
Deirdre Holland
Co-Founder and Lead Consultant
Deirdre’s experience includes both in-house HR roles and HR consultancy. She spent many years in financial services, where she has held senior HR positions in Asset Management, Corporate Finance, and Fund Services businesses. Deirdre has delivered a range of strategic HR projects across global locations, including Japan, Australia, Europe, and the US.
In addition she has broad experience of managing the HR aspect of company acquisitions and disposals. In recent times, she has contributed her skills to various projects, from start-ups l to larger organisations both public, private and NGO.
As an executive coach, Deirdre deeply appreciates the transformative benefits coaching can bring to individuals and organisations alike.
